Про слегка сумашедших корейцев.
Было бы не плохо, если бы их можно было легко обнаруживать и не давать им приобретать оружие. Но ведь это не лишит их возможности приобретать бензин.

Update: как оказалось, Сунь-Х** Чо таки посчитали за сумасшедшего, но не сообщили об этом федералам:
Federal law also prohibits those "adjudicated as a mental defective" from buying guns, and Seung-Hui Cho should have been prohibited from buying a gun after a Virginia court declared him to be a danger to himself in late 2005 and sent him for psychiatric treatment. The federal law defines adjudication as a mental defective to include "determination by a court, board, commission or other lawful authority" that as a result of mental illness, the person is a "danger to himself or others." Because of gaps between federal and Virginia state laws, the state failed to report Cho's legal status to the federal National Instant Criminal Background Check System, and thus failed to prevent Cho's purchases.
